Wild collected Psilocybe pelliculosa spores from the Cascade Mountain range in  Oregon. The collection was made by James Conway in 2023, has an iNaturalist ID# 191250379, and is the first iNat observation of this species in the Cascades! It can be found in disturbed areas with conifer trees, such as clear cuts, the side of logging roads, costal dune grass under pines, campgrounds, or hiking trails.
